Your Responsibilities

You will be a senior member of a team of geo-diverse project managers/scrum masters, supporting, and enhancing our agile practices in a fast-paced environment, coordinating division-wide team initiatives that align with organizational objectives, organizing and refining our divisional backlog, and ensuring our development teams deliver high quality products that meet stated success criteria. You’re going to frequently wear multiple hats and exchange them fluently in an exciting environment with a great team and opportunities to be a leader, business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product owner and mentor/coach every week.

Your Expertise

  • 7-10 years of increasing responsibility in Project Manager or Scrum Master roles

  • Experience managing large-scale strategic projects in a fast-paced Agile environment

  • Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments

  • Proven track record of forming, storming, and norming new teams

  • Effective communicator with a wide range of audiences team to executive

  • A self-starter with a never-ending curiosity to learn and solve problems

  • Able to maintain the “big picture” without losing sight of the complexity within and a knack for communicating various layers of detail clearly to appropriate audiences

  • A natural facilitator when it comes to collaboration/brainstorming, negotiating, and team building sessions

  • A leader, coach, and mentor that thrives on metrics, regular feedback loops, and finding challenges/activities to grow your team in the pursuit of continuous improvement
