Dow Jones Campaign Coordinator, Professional Information Business in United States

Job Description:

As part of the demand team, the campaign coordinator plays an important role in managing the outbound campaign process and driving global demand programs that create engagement within our audiences and qualified leads.


  • Responsible for managing all marketing automation (Eloqua) email campaigns.

  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing operations, marketing managers and internal creative agency to create and execute successful campaigns.

  • Assist with the coordination of paid media campaigns by working with our agency and internal partners to launch, track, measure and maintain search, social, display and retargeting campaigns.

  • Work with interna creative agency to create all necessary assets for email and paid campaigns.

  • Work with marketing operations to build, test and optimize email templates and landing pages.

  • Work with marketing managers to optimize campaign and creative briefs.

  • Create Salesforce campaigns and monitor performance.

  • Create and deliver regular reports consisting of campaign recaps, results, evaluation of KPIs and ROI, and recommendations on optimization.


  • 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience

  • Strong project management skills

  • Some marketing automation experience preferred

  • Some CRM experience preferred

  • Experience working with agencies, internal partners and third-party vendors
