The multinational Product Technology Support Services team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and timeliness of all OPIS’s products, services, and reports. We communicate quickly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders across the company to provide support coverage both on and off hours (including weekends) and develop new features for a variety of existing products, as well as new products.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible and accountable for leading, organizing, motivating, and managing the geo-diverse Product Technology Support Services team using agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality products and issue resolutions. You will be hands-on with each of the OPIS divisions and will work to increase maintainability across all OPIS. You will analyze our metrics, report on them to each of the division leads and senior management, and create action plans to improve these metrics. You’ll coordinate division-wide team initiatives that align with organizational objectives and support our divisional backlog, ensuring our team members are getting what they need to complete their work timely and effectively. You’re going to frequently wear multiple hats and exchange them fluently in an exciting environment with a great team and opportunities to be a leader, business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach/mentor and project manager.

Your Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Manager, Scrum Master, Software Engineer or Database Developer roles

  • Experience managing large-scale strategic projects in a fast-paced Agile environment

  • Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments

  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and providing daily feedback to grow your team

  • Effective communicator with great interpersonal skill who can facilitate, negotiate, mentor, coach, collaborate and build strong agile teams. Must speak and write in English fluently
