OPIS is hiring an Agile Technical Project Manager. You will be responsible and accountable for leading, organizing, motivating, and managing a geo-diverse agile project team using agile methodology in a fast-paced environment. To deliver successful project results, you will play numerous roles, including business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach, and project manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master roles
Experience managing large-scale strategic projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
Effective communicator with great interpersonal skill who can facilitate, negotiate, mentor, coach, collaborate and build strong agile team
