2 - 3 years of experience in HR disciplines - HR, OD, and Learning/Leadership Development
Understanding of OD/OE techniques and Talent Management strategies with the ability to adapt traditional approaches.
Knowledge of Performance, Talent, Succession and Engagement techniques, systems, and strategies.
Strong project and program management skills
Able to demonstrate the use of innovative and creative ideas to address business challenges and opportunities.
Able to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, with a great sense of teamwork and is great at driving projects to completion.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs and priorities of the organization.
