The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is looking for an energetic and creative Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the Sales Strategy & Enablement as we equip the global Professional Information Business sales team with timely, accurate, and engaging content and initiatives to drive revenue. This role will work across the entire Sales Enablement team to support various learning, communications and sales engagement initiatives as well as creating and maintaining a variety of materials for learning initiatives, playbooks and other enablement content. The Coordinator will also work across the team on a variety of project based initiatives.

What are my accountabilities?
Assist in the creation of global sales enablement materials and tools
Coordinate a initiatives such as sales campaigns, newsletters, sales meetings and comms plan execution
Maintain and manage sales content library & execution of sales communications
Field and fulfill sales enablement requests from cross-functional teams and business partners
Compile and analyze metrics across the Sales Strategy & Enablement initiatives and make recommendations based on analysis
Communicate with third-party personnel to process and track invoices & support budget management
What do you need from me?
1-3 years of experience in a sales enablement function
Exceptional written, verbal communication and analytical skills
Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive & Google suite
Design experience in Powerpoint, InDesign or Google slides
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Experience with content tools such as Allego and MailChimp preferred
