Need an experienced project management and marketing professional to help assist the director and senior manager on the Barron’s Brand Experiences Team. Projects to support include Barron’s Group events, Mansion Global Reserve and our daily Barron’s Live series.
Project manage events in terms of timeline and workflow
Help programming team & event production team with any speaker tech checks
Respond to attendee inquiries
Manage process for designing event platform(s), working with creative team
Request reporting & analyze event audiences (demographics, engagement, etc.)
Help with any ad-hoc elements pertaining to virtual events
Execute on the marketing plan using internal audience channels to ensure we hit the audience goals
Emails, print ads, digital ads, etc.
Support event website updates through Bizzabo (website platform)
Programming updates for event website (upload speaker info & headshots)
New website requests
Help implement SEO recommendations
Manage pre-event & post event email communications
Brainstorm ways in which we can elevate our event experience for both virtual and hybrid events
Support Barron’s Live as needed when main producer is OOO
Provide ad-hoc marketing support
Mansion Global Reserve
Help brainstorm ideas for partners/offers
Initiate outreach/start a conversation with prospective partners
Collect assets from partners and build Bizzabo page
Build newsletter in Campaign Monitor to send to members
Ensure FY22 event calendars are up to date
Help track down results & budget details when needed
