Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding demand and lead gen at Dow Jones, a leading news, data and information powerhouse.

The marketing campaign coordinator position plays a crucial role in managing the outbound B2B campaign process for our Professional Information Business, driving global demand programs that create engagement with our target audiences in order to develop qualified leads, which lead to revenue.

You will use a variety of channels including digital, email, marketing automation, and events as well as tools like, Eloqua and WordPress, helping to design, execute, monitor, and improve our integrated marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely and collaboratively across the Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Lead Generation and Sales teams to drive program performance and ensure a closed loop throughout the campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, metrics-focused, enthusiastic about the details in order to manage campaigns seamlessly, with excellent project management skills and should be able to move fast and think creatively as they bring campaigns from concept to execution, with a passion for collaboration, experimentation, and evaluation in their approach to B2B marketing.

Responsibilities & Activities:

You will:

  • Be responsible for co-creation and execution of B2B marketing campaigns to increase leads, visitors, subscribers and awareness.

  • Be responsible for managing all marketing automation (Eloqua) email campaigns.

  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing operations, marketing leads and internal creative team to create and execute successful campaigns.

  • Work with internal creative team to develop all necessary assets for email and paid campaigns.

  • Work with marketing operations to build, test and optimize email templates and landing pages.

  • Work with marketing leads to optimize campaign and creative briefs.

  • Create Salesforce campaigns.

  • Create and deliver regular reports consisting of campaign recaps, results, evaluation of KPIs and ROI, and recommendations on optimization.

Qualifications & Criteria:

  • 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience.

  • Track record of driving measurable success through marketing campaign creation and management.

  • Goal-oriented towards key metrics including pipeline impact (creation and acceleration).

  • Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Effective time management skills and comfort juggling multiple projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.

  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with: Marketing Automation (Eloqua a plus), CRM (SalesForce), Account-Based Marketing (Demandbase a plus), Online Advertising, Google Analytics, etc.

  • BA/BS degree in a Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field experience preferable.
