We are seeking an Intranet Management Associate to develop and manage the day-to-day operations of our new Unily intranet platform as it evolves to become the primary source of information and resources for all employees. This position will help drive and maintain the visual design and site navigation of the intranet while ensuring the content is engaging and informative. This includes collaboration and coordination with a global community of content contributors, maintaining overall quality control of the site and developing and implementing governance to ensure the intranet meets business needs.
You will join a dynamic, global internal communications team who support initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative and savvy on digital communications technologies with a strong interest in implementing new ways of communicating.
Support day-to-day intranet changes and uploading of content
Coordinate the creation of a visual design for intranet
Lead efforts to create and maintain a sound site navigation
Assist in the proper use of online channels for company news
Help monitor user-generated content for appropriateness
Produce site analytics and report on usage
Coordinate the deliverables of key content owners
Help develop and implement an intranet governance strategy
Stay abreast of technological developments that could be implemented
Support other Internal Communication projects as needed
2 to 5 years of experience managing intranets
Familiarity with Google workplace, web-based technologies and graphic design tools
Experience with project management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
