The Director role will be responsible for developing and executing the brand and marketing
strategy to promote growth and support revenue goals for Mansion Global and Penta in
partnership with group stakeholders. The role will manage a team to deliver high-quality
campaigns, partnerships, events and revenue ideas to achieve business KPIs. The role will use
data and customer insights to identify opportunities, inform direction, set goals and execute in
the areas where it pertains to:
1) Marketing and Branding
○ Maintain brand integrity, including the premium, luxury lifestyle identity, and voice
across revenue opportunities and marketing globally
○ Develop and execute strategic, creative marketing campaigns to grow readership,
subscribers (where applicable) and brand awareness
○ Allocate the budget, find creative solutions and be resourceful to support
○ Collaborate with ad sales on custom content initiatives
2) Live Journalism
○ Develop and execute the event strategy that aligns with the business goals, from
small bespoke, custom dinners to larger conferences
○ Effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to project manage,
promote and execute events for Barron’s Group
○ Liaise with the events team help with onsite logistics
○ Identify new opportunities to help support growth, revenue goals, or help add
value to the business (brand awareness, revenue, content)
○ Manage all partnerships, including existing relationships
This role should have proven success in effectively communicating cross-functionally and
delivering projects through multiple teams including, but not limited to, editorial, sales, and
event teams. Advocate, on behalf of the brands, as an ambassador throughout DJ to connect
with other teams when synergies support goals.
Ability to be a team player, have a positive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset and flex to be
strategic, or in the weeds, depending on the project and work required.
