Overview of the Position
The Associate of Communications, will support the execution of communications strategies and plans, working closely with the Communication Business Partner for the People Team.
Assist in creating compelling storylines and communications for internal/external communications
Draft content for and manage HR communications, including town halls, newsletters, leadership messages, etc.
Engage external partners to coordinate messaging, campaigns and events
Develop and maintain editorial calendars for People Communications, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, employee Inclusive Resource Groups, L&D, benefits, etc.
Craft and edit original editorial content for internal channels, including emails, intranet features, Slack campaigns, etc.
Support the planning and execution of internal events, such as town halls, leadership meetings and culture-building activities
Skills and Experience
5+ years experience and/or coursework in Communications, PR or related field
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Creative employee communications
Traditional + digital media
Experience working with HR and DEI topics
