We are a team of product managers who look after Dow Jones’s critical subscription experiences across our brands and platforms:

Membership Hub + Cancellation
We work with marketing, UX, data, design and technology to identify customer needs and opportunities to maximize customer and business value. We then prioritize these items based on impact and effort, empower engineers to creatively develop the best solution, and launch these new experiences as controlled experiments to cleanly measure their impact on our customers and our business.
What will you do?
You will be in charge of building the best shopping and purchase experiences for WSJ, Barron’s and Marketwatch. You will be a truth-seeking missile, scrappily hunting down data via UX research, analytics and prior experiments. Working in partnership with the membership (subscriptions marketing) team, you will develop insights into hypotheses, user stories and mockups, which you will prioritize based on scale, impact, effort and strategic importance. You will manage the end to end process of ideation, refinement, prioritization, development, launch, and analysis.
