Dow Jones Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator in HONG KONG, Hong Kong

Job Description:

Our B2B marketing and sales enablement team is growing rapidly and is actively seeking highly motivated and passionate people for several open roles.

The Dow Jones B2B powers businesses, governments and financial institutions with award-winning journalism, robust data sets, a rich archive of premium content and flexible information tools.

The Marketing & Sales Enablement team is looking for an energetic and creative Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the team with marketing and sales enablement related tasks including administrative duties, events assistance, marketing campaign adaptation, new hire on-boarding, sales materials localization etc.

This role will work across the entire Marketing & Sales Enablement team along with the APAC B2B sales team, with the key goals of generating brand awareness and driving leads for Sales. The role will cover our flagship products: Factiva, Dow Jones Newswires, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance. While this role will report to the Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement, Asia Pacific, the role will have great exposure and access to our Global team in New York.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple projects and is eager to learn more about marketing. The candidate should be creative, curious, and hardworking.

About the Role

  • Support the Marketing & Sales Enablement team with administrative duties and basic events logistics.

  • Process invoices and help update the monthly budget tracker.

  • Manage and own the vendor on-boarding process from start to finish.

  • Assist local language adaptations and creative re-sizes.

  • Arrange onboarding sessions for new APAC Sales

  • Coordinate and lead the collateral translation process from beginning to end, including liaising with translations agencies to working with internals teams to review/proofread/approve all translations.

  • Monitor and research on marketing trends in industry and report competitive news.

  • Manage collateral production for events, premium production and inventory.

  • Develop professional working relationships with all internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What You’ll Bring

  • A university graduate with 1-2 years of working/internship experience with corporates and/or events

  • Recent graduates will also be considered

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese). Knowledge of other Asian languages (Japanese and Korean) will be an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
